By choosing to submit your order you enter into a contract with Rainbow Cyber Services Ltd to supply the amount shown at the check-out in exchange for the goods you have selected. Goods will normally be despatched within seven days of clearance of payment, using certified courier companies, or recorded postal services.
Rainbow Cyber Services may contact you by email or telephone if we need to confirm details, or are unable to supply the item in question. Cancellation of an order can only be accepted after prior negotiation and agreement, on no account can cancellation be accepted for items ordered specifically by us on your behalf.
Products offered may be subject to patent, copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property rights. We do not grant, nor purport to grant to you, any licence, permission or authority in respect to such rights. You agree to satisfy yourself in such matters, we accept no liability for infringment of any such rights.
Unless otherwise specified, goods are guaranteed free from defect due to faulty material or poor workmanship, for a period of six months from date of despatch. This guarantee is given provided that we are promptly notified in writingon discovery of defect, and that the goods in question are returned to us within the guarantee period suitably packed, carriage prepaid, and accompanied by proof of purchase and details as to the nature of the defect, and that examination of the goods by us confirms that the alleged defect has not been caused by misuse, neglect, faulty installation, repair of the goods without our approval, wilful damage or fair wear and tear. Software programs are supplied by us on the strict understanding that no guarantee or warranty as to the suitability of the program, nor that the contents of the software be free from errors, bugs or omissions. Our liability under the guarantee shall be solely limited to replacing, repairing or issuing credits at our option for any goods returned during the guarantee period. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damage caused by failure of any item supplied, nor for costs of removal, re-installation, loss of goodwill, loss of profits or loss of use.
We reserve the right to discontinue, make changes to specifications or use different suppliers to those stated without prior notice. We are not liable to you for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations listed above which are due to circumstances which are beyond our control, including acts of civil or military authority, national emergencies, fire or flood, acts of god, war or riots, actions or omissions by third parties.
